Our sales department gets creative and accommodates just about everything that our guests need.
Weddings: Guests love the poolside weddings on the elevated platform, see the Bride and Groom step up while the guests watch at the pool deck level.
After the poolside wedding, enjoy a reception in our Joshua Room.
The Sales Department will custom tailor the arrangements you may desire for your wedding.
Please note that the swimming pool area can be reserved for private function for 2.5 hours maximum.
Family Reunions, Class Reunions and Friendly Gatherings: Enjoy the BBQ grills by the pool and visit with your family/friends. Or if you prefer, meet indoors in our Joshua Room with refreshments as a hospitality room.
Lectures: The meeting room can be set up as a theatre style or a class room style with square tables and chairs. We also allow Traffic schools and such other needs as they may be.
Banquets: The round tables can be set up for banquet. You may order the food from our on-premise Kimi Grill or hire a caterer from outside. If you need an outside caterer, our sales department will be glad to recommend one.
Birthdays, Other Celebrations etc: You can reserve the pool area for 2.5 hours or our Joshua Room for all day.
Depositions or Board room set up: We can set up the square tables together to create ease to do whatever it is you feel comfortable with. Just inform the sales department ahead of time.
Other Events or Functions: Our sales department stands ready to assist you in customizing any functions.
Charges: Basic charge for use of Meeting room is $300/day. Basic charge for use of the pool area for up to 2.5 hours is $300. Any additional services can be added at additional charge. Please contact the sales department for your needs. If you need the room on prior day for preparation or decorations, we charge only $100 additional. If the meeting room is returned clean, there is no charge, otherwise there is $100 cleaning charge. Deposits are mandatory.
If your group reserves 10 or more rooms at rack rate(not discounted rate), the meeting room can be offered complimentary.
Audio Video Equipment is not owned by the hotel. Arrangements can be made with the local vendor directly or thru the hotel with 20% Markup.
